Q1: Where is my password? I can't log in.
I can't log in. Upon completion of your website we sent you an email that included all of your passwords. It was titled "Next Steps...." or "New Questionnaire: Next Steps...." If you cannot find your login information, please e-mail us at support@practicalwebsitedesign.com
Q2: My FAQs are out of order, forward or backwards, or showing on the main page...
Everyone has the same problem with the faqs showing Previous and Next backwards. This is a STRIKINGLY coding issue which they are working on but have not been able to resolve to date. If the FAQs are showing on your main page blog make sure you select 'Essential Oils' as the blog category to display instead of 'All Categories'.

Q6: My website/email says someone ordered but I don't see where? Did they actually pay? What do I do now?
The Shop Album is meant to act as a shopping tool for new prospects with the goal being to get them to add items to their cart and check out. You will receive a message that they checked out and then you get in touch with them to explain the best ways to purchase and you help them make their final purchase/enroll, etc. Click HERE to view a video on how the Retail Shop Album Works.
Q7: I got an e-mail saying "In a few minutes you'll be receiving instructions for the doTERRA Certified Seal". What do I do now?
Nothing. When you receive this email we receive one as well and we will add the seal/logo to your website for you. We will send you an email when it's complete.
Q8: How do I change my main header picture?

Q11: I wrote my own blog but it's not showing up. What do I do?
We offer Blog Writing Services that includes three freshly written blogs each month by our fabulous Blog Writer. You are always welcome to write your own blogs as well. When you do, please remember to write them under the category "Essential Oils" so they will be visible on your website.
Q12: How do I change the main header picture of the blog?

Q15: When do the blogs get posted?
We publish three new Blogs each month for those that request the Blog Writing Service. 1st blog posted is between the 1st - 10th, 2nd blog posted between 11th - 20th, 3rd blog posted between 21st - end of month.
Q16: Why don't my specials show up on my members site?
The Members Area is your responsibility to provide content for just your team. However, if you would like the specials added to your members site, we can do it for an additional fee. Contact us at support@practicalwebsitedesign.com

Q18: Do I have a referral link? How does that work?
No we do not have a "referral link" BUT in our order form we have a spot for you to name the person that referred you to us and once your order is placed they get $25!!! And guess what? When you refer someone to us the same thing happens when they name you as the referrer!!!
Q19: I have an EOA Site too and I don't understand why there is a 1 in front of my login email.
When you connect a Strikingly account AND an EOA account they cannot have the same login email therefore we add a 1 to the front of one of those emails to differentiate them from one another.
Q20: How do I change my Strikingly password, Members Only password or Client Portal password?

Q22: When are invoices sent and when are they due?
Most invoices for monthly or annual services will be sent on the 21st and due by 28th. A reminder of payment due email will be sent when it is 2 days past due. We cancel any unpaid services on the 1st of the month.
Q23: My friend wants a website, where do they go?
