What is the process for a Practical Website Design?

STAGE THREE: Design Questionnaire Form
Fill out the website design questionnaire form HERE so we can start branding your website!
STAGE FOUR: Client Portal Access
Log into your new Client Portal. This is where you will see all of our e-mails, updates, and forms in one place. Be sure to complete any additional information collection forms needed to complete your site. Access your Client Portal HERE.
STAGE FIVE: Logo Design
Fill out the Logo Design Form if you requested a Logo Design. The logo designer will then create and provide you Logo Proofs via the Client Portal. Choose your favorite to be used on your website. If your Logo Design includes a 15-min branding consultation, our logo designer will be in touch to schedule the consult with you.
STAGE SIX: Website Construction Started
Fill out the Website Constructed Started form because you have been officially assigned a Website Designer! You may request any additional add-ons at this time. Then, you will be sent a Three Main Header Proofs Form. Choose your favorite and that is what will be used on your website. Once you confirm your header, your website will be completed within the next few days!
STAGE SEVEN: Connect Domain
Read the Next Steps Form thoroughly. Follow the instructions and let your website designer know when your site is connected to your domain provider. Congrats your website is now LIVE!
STAGE EIGHT: Payment Schedule
Check your e-mail monthly to pay your invoices. If you'd like auto-deductions for Pro Subscription, Monthly Specials Updates, or Blog Writing Service, indicate so by checking "Auto Deduction" on your invoice. If you selected a yearly Pro Subscription then you will receive an e-mail to renew in a year.
STAGE NINE: Certified Seal
Check your e-mail for a confirmation e-mail saying your site was submitted to doTERRA's Certified Site Seal Program. Within two weeks doTERRA's compliance department will review your site and notify you that your website passed review. Your seal will be automatically added to your website! If you are an international client, the review process takes about 4 weeks for the approval logo to be added to your website.
STAGE TEN: Ongoing Support
